Need a longer rental? Contact WT Rental for custom pricing on extended rentals, corporate bookings, group rides, and multi-week adventures.

All rentals are based on a rolling 24-hour rental period, giving you the flexibility to maximize your time on the road.

Examples:

• Pick up at 10:00 AM → Return by 10:00 AM the following day.

• Pick up at 3:00 PM → Return by 3:00 PM the following day.

Vehicle pick-up and return appointments are available during WT Rental business hours.

Every WT Rental includes:

✔ Vehicle orientation and safety walkthrough before departure

✔ Roadside emergency contact throughout your rental

Every WT Rental includes unlimited kilometres, giving you the freedom to explore British Columbia without worrying about mileage limits or additional distance charges.

Whether you’re planning a scenic coastal ride, a mountain adventure, or a multi-day road trip, you can enjoy the open road with complete peace of mind.

To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

A refundable security deposit is required before the rental begins and is separate from the rental payment.

WT Rental accepts all major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

24 Hours — $500

3 Days — $1,000

More than 3 Days — $1,500

The security deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to:

• Damage to the rental vehicle

• Lost or damaged vehicle keys

• Lost or damaged storage accessories or storage keys

• Lost, stolen, or damaged riding gear and accessories

• Traffic tickets, parking violations, tolls, towing, or impound fees

• Excessive cleaning resulting from misuse

• Fuel charges if the vehicle is not returned with the agreed fuel level

• Any additional charges outlined in the Rental Agreement

If no additional charges apply, your security deposit will be released following the completion of the post-rental vehicle inspection. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

A 30-minute grace period is provided for all rentals.

After the grace period:

• $50 per hour (or any portion of an hour) will be charged.

• Vehicles returned more than four (4) hours late may be charged an additional full day’s rental at the applicable daily rate.

If you anticipate being late, please contact WT Rental as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed.
