Choose the rental period that best fits your adventure. All rentals are based on a rolling 24-hour rental period, giving you the flexibility to maximize your time on the road.

WT Premium Ride Package
Riding Gear & Storage Terms
• All optional equipment is rented per 24-hour rental period.
• Equipment is subject to availability.
• All gear is professionally cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and maintained after every rental.
• Every helmet rental includes a complimentary disposable helmet liner.
• Storage accessories must be returned with all locks, keys, and mounting hardware.
• The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period.
• Riding gear is covered under the vehicle security deposit. No additional gear deposit is required.
Rental Period
All rentals operate on a rolling 24-hour rental period.
Examples:
- Pickup at 10:00 AM → Return by 10:00 AM the following day.
- Pickup at 3:00 PM → Return by 3:00 PM the following day.
Vehicle pickup and return appointments are available during WT Rental business hours.
Unlimited Kilometres
Every WT Rental includes unlimited kilometres, giving you the freedom to explore British Columbia without worrying about mileage limits or additional distance charges.
Whether you’re planning a scenic coastal ride, mountain adventure, or a multi-day road trip, enjoy the open road with complete peace of mind.
Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
A refundable security deposit is required before the vehicle is released and is separate from the rental payment.
WT Rental accepts major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before every rental.

The security deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to:
• Damage to the rental vehicle
• Lost or damaged vehicle keys
• Lost or damaged luggage or storage accessories
• Lost, stolen, or damaged riding gear
• Traffic tickets
• Parking violations
• Tolls
• Towing or impound fees
• Excessive cleaning due to misuse
• Fuel charges
• Additional charges outlined in the Rental Agreement
If no charges apply, the security deposit will be released following the post-rental inspection. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change.
More Than 7 Days Before Pickup
Receive a full refund of your rental payment.
Between 72 Hours and 7 Days Before Pickup
Receive a WT Rental booking credit equal to the full amount paid.
• Valid for 12 months
• Non-transferable
• No cash value
Less Than 72 Hours Before Pickup
Rental payments are non-refundable.
No-Show
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all rental payments.
If WT Rental is unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule your rental at no additional charge.
Booking Changes
Need to change your reservation? We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
• Changes are subject to vehicle availability.
• Please submit change requests as early as possible.
• Requests made within 48 hours of pickup cannot be guaranteed.
• If the revised booking costs more, the difference must be paid before pickup.
• If the revised booking costs less, the difference will be issued as WT Rental booking credit valid for 12 months.
Late Pickup
If you’re running late, please contact WT Rental as soon as possible.
Reservations will be held until the close of business on the scheduled pickup date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Failure to arrive without notice may be treated as a No-Show under our Cancellation Policy.
Late Return Policy
A 30-minute grace period is provided for every rental.
After the grace period:
• $50 per hour (or portion thereof)
• Vehicles returned more than 4 hours late may be charged an additional full day’s rental.
If you’re running late, contact WT Rental as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Early Returns
No refunds or credits will be issued for vehicles returned before the scheduled end of the rental period.
Before You Book
To ensure the safety of all riders, every renter must:
✔ Be 19 years of age or older
✔ Hold a valid motorcycle licence that legally permits operation of the rented vehicle in British Columbia
✔ Complete the required Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Identity Verification before pickup
Bookings that do not meet these requirements cannot be completed.
